The iconic MLC building, created by one of Australia’s most renowned Architects Harry Seidler is in the process of a redevelopment. Dexus property managers engaged Paper Moose to style an inventive method of hoarding design to tastefully cover the building process of this development.
Harry Seidler was known for his expression of Bauhaus in Australia which gave us a wide variety of inspiration to draw from. Borrowing from the buildings original design and linework, we created a collection of Bauhaus inspired artworks.
We created modular panels of 510Sqm of original artwork that is to be rolled out over the course of 18 months. The internal artwork features a large digital screen combining 3D renders of the redevelopment celebrating the buildings history, future and occasionally mimic the artwork behind.
We acknowledge the Traditional Custodians of the land upon which we create, the Gadigal People of the Eora Nation. We pay our respect to their Elders past and present, and extend that respect to all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples today.
Always was, always will be, Aboriginal land.
