We helped commercial property group Dexus prove they have ‘space for your best work’ by putting the Sydney Swans to work in the most entertaining ways possible — picking up an award for sponsorship effectiveness along the way.
Corporate sponsorships are no laughing matter, they’re an investment in new business and brand recognition. Our task was to ensure maximum return on this investment by championing Dexus’ position as Official Partner of the Sydney Swans AFL team. The game plan: entertain prospective clients and footy fans alike.
Our strategy was to show that any Dexus workplace — office, health, retail, industrial — was the ideal space for anyone to do their best work, no matter what that work entailed.
From testing office spaces, to learning the craft of commercial property leasing, to celebrating the beautiful game of football — our favourite Swans demonstrated the benefits and quality of Dexus workspaces with laugh-out-loud footy-related antics year after year.
