Brief

To extend the engagement of Paper Moose & the EPA’s “Don’t Be A Tosser” campaign, the EPA wanted to create a different branch of content aimed at millennials and that contained an environmental message.

Response

Paper Moose conceived and created a suite of short, animated content that focused on cute marine life getting its revenge on litterers. The aim with these 6-to-15-second animations was for the EPA to publish this bitesize, humorous content on Instagram where it would most likely engage their target audience.

Results

The engagement with the audience on Instagram was fantastic, with lots of people even bothering to write fun, positive comments underneath the animations. A rare achievement, especially for a government campaign on a serious message.
