Our ongoing relationship with felix mobile has seen us assume the role of both brand custodian and creative partner, supporting the entire sales funnel to make felix the fastest growing telco in the TPG Telecom group. This included their owned social channels, where we developed the social strategy, content calendar and visuals which launched them into market and beyond. This was a crucial element of the brand's ecosystem, establishing the tone of voice and visual guardrails whilst also being entertaining, informational and highlighting product benefits.
