Like most cities, Sydney is full of caffeine addicts who rely on cups of coffee or energy drinks to get into gear. Pukka wanted to challenge this preconception with Morning Berry Tea, a delicious wake-up brew that helps to clear the fog around the mind and supports your vitality throughout the day.
So we took our challenge beach side to entice Bondi residents – reeling them in with bright giant Pukka branded tea cup booths they could sit in while sipping on warm samples as they watched the sun rise.
Pukka is well known for herbal teas that help soothe and calm, which makes energising Morning Berry Tea contests typical herbal tea cliches. To cement its leadership in the category, we wanted to introduce Morning Berry Tea to those who would most appreciate its naturally invigorating properties.
With the world turning towards healthier ways of living, Morning Berry Tea’s expert blend which contained revitalising rooibos, rosemary, and ginseng challenged passers by to try a new way to naturally awaken their minds and bodies – without the use of caffeine.
As Bondi is well known as a hub for wellness and clean living due to its proximity to the beach, it’s the perfect place to show people a new way to set themselves up for the day. We offered health conscious early risers Morning Berry samples, giving them a taste of how easy it would be to add this delicious beverage to their morning routine. They were then invited to enjoy Pukka’s new Morning Berry tea in our giant tea cup booths to watch the sun rise and to soak in the warm rays.
To embody Pukka and Paper Moose’s values, the entire activation from cart to cups were eco-friendly and made from recyclable materials. The giant pink cups that matched the Morning Berry Tea box provided ample photo and video opportunities, enticing several influencers to post about the activation on Instagram. Pukka also gave away tea sachets, mugs and teapots to those who shared snaps and stories of the activation while tagging them.
