Since launching in 2005, Real Insurance has become a household name in Australia for their broad offering of insurance products, most notably for life insurance. They pride themselves on simple and straightforward products.
After a competitive pitch, we were selected as creative and production partner to roll out Real Insurance’s considerable annual advertising output and translate their direct response formula into digital platforms.
Real Insurance needed to refresh their creative and drive greater lead volume to their contact centres. Following direct response principles, tested rigorously by Kantar, we collaborated with the Real team to fine-tune all distinctive brand assets and storytelling throughout the insurer’s TV, print and digital touchpoints.
A series of product-specific emotional triggers and key character combinations drove precision scenario development to maximise the emotional connection with our audience in every spot.
Over three days, we shot six 60” TVCs with matching stills, bespoke social content and a kaleidoscope of social cutdowns, featuring a diverse cast of 37 to properly represent Real Insurance’s key demographic — all insurance-buying Australians.
