Brief
Westpac wanted to make some noise to celebrate achieving over 50% women in upper management, and their 200 year anniversary.

Response
In collaboration with Geoff Blackwell and Ruth Hobday’s book “200 Women” we helped activation partners Webling and Maverick create what was dubbed The Listening Ground.

Comprising of a collection of 8 stylised listening pods at the Sydney Opera House forecourt, The Listening Ground was designed to reveal the stories of these women in a unique and engaging way.

We worked with Webling to create displays that promoted interaction through motion sensing and touch capacitive technology.

Results
On top of the high volume of tourist attention, this installation was so popular with the Westpac team, that every day of the 20 day activation was accompanied by a visit from a Westpac team or VIP event.
