Brief
The City of Sydney required a talking-head corporate video to inform Sydney residents of the services provided by their Neighbourhood Service Centres.

Response
We convinced the council to adopt an “infotainment” approach to the video. Taking inspiration from Melbourne Metro’s internationally viral ‘Dumb Ways To Die’ video, we created catchy jingle and video following an urban cowboy using the various services provided by the Neighbourhood Service Centres.

Results
The video has become beloved by the City of Sydney community and has been playing continuously in Neighbourhood Service Centres around the city since early 2013.
