The City of Sydney experiences high volumes of illegally dumped domestic waste such as mattresses, white goods and furniture. This is unsightly and inconvenient for residents.
They approached us to increase calls to their free waste collection service by 10%. We devised a campaign that incorporated digital banners, billboards, outdoor 3D illusions and a cinema campaign.
During the campaign calls to the collections service climbed from an average of 2,200 to over 4,000 calls (over 30%). The 3D illusions created a stir in the community and the digital campaign attracted industry beating results.
