We were approached by UNSW to produce a feature length documentary for the Cotton Industry. The documentary was to be played at the cotton conference to celebrate how far the industry had come since the 1960s.
The Paper Moose team spent six months traveling up to northern NSW to interview the farmers and scientists who started the industry back in the 1960s. We combed through hours of archival footage from the National Film and Sound Archive and, after several months of editing, the end product was a 60 minute film charting the history of cotton in Australia.
The film was a huge success. It has since been digitized for online use and is still being shown at industry events.
